we had an absolutely wonderful time that completely surpassed our expectations! It was fabulous!
All the hotels we stayed in, especially the one in Montalcino and Venice were excellent! The room we had in Florence was gorgeous and the view of the Duomo was amazing ! The hotel on the coast was very nice and elegant, and their breakfasts were superb.
Regarding our guides, we thought Simona was great and very knowledgeable, but Fernando was truly fantastic in Venice. He is very intelligent and knowledgeable about the history of the city and today's culture as well.He went above and beyond every step of the way, picking us up early to show us extra parts of the city, and staying with us later than scheduled to show us typical tapas bars and the lifestyle of modern day Venetians. He showed us so much of the city, and was just a pleasure to be around. He is an unforgettable guide.
I dont need to tell you how wonderful our time with Antonio was. We enjoyed our tours with him more than anything else. He obviously knows so much about wine, the area, food, etc, it was just fabulous. We will ALWAYS request Antonio do our tours with us when we are in Italy. Fabio was also a pleasure, and was so accommodating and friendly with our requests. He was also very kind to recommend to us what food we should order at the trattoria we went and was generally just a lot of fun to drive around with.
In terms of our favorite parts of the trip: my absolute favorite memory is at the olive oil farm/producer. The experience was so authentic and memorable, we will never forget it. We also truly enjoyed meeting the owner/winemaker in Montalcino , lunch on our first day in Tuscany at the restaurant with the amazing wild boar (cinghiale) dishes, dinner at the typical trattoria (FANTASTIC!!! we could have eaten dinner here Every night and been very happy), and walking through Pienza. We also enjoyed the restaurant in which we ate lunch in Bologna. Your recommendations for other restaurants in Florence and Venice were wonderful, so thank you very much for those .
Overall, the trip was fanstastic, and we were just blown away by how nice everyone was and how well organized our trip was. We would recommend your company to ANYONE interested in going to Italy.
Alexandra, Excellent Job!!!! Please extend our gratitude to Antonio and Fabio as well. We take a lot of vacations that are very nice, but this one truly stands out as one of the best. We felt like we were traveling with friends when we were with your company. We can't wait to plan a trip with you to Piedmont and Amalfi!!!

I wanted to thank you for putting together our Italy trip. It worked out very well. Almost everything went smoothly, and on the couple occasions when I needed to call, you were able to promptly put things in order.
We were especially pleased with Guy in Sorrento (very professional and helpful) and Riccardo in Capri, as well as Fernando in Venice. The hotel in Sorrento was definitely the nicest.
Lisa and I were very happy to have your help planning the trip, and would heartily recommend you to anyone thinking about going to Italy.

Now that we're back home in Chicago, I wanted to thank you again for making our Italy trip so special! The drivers and guides you provided were wonderful -- professional, knowledgeable, interesting and always on time.
We can't imagine touring the Amalfi Coast without Gaetano! Or Pompeii without Francesco. Or arriving in Rome without Riccardo to meet us. In particular, Gaetano was fantastic. He took us to some wonderful pottery and woodwork factories and recommended great restaurants.
We hope to visit Italy again and will be sure to contact you. And we'll recommend you to all our friends!

My client called me this morning to tell me how wonderful their trip to Italy was. They could not be happier. They said the tours guides were the best ever and went out of their way to assist them in many ways.
Everything went like clockwork and will definitely be back in Italy soon and Andy said he would love to have you handle the arrangements again. The cooking class and the winery were great.
