      3 DAYS COOKING CLASS AT RELAIS IL FALCONIERE
   

The courses are held in the One Michelin Star Restaurant with the chef Mr. Chef Richard Titi for any level of cooking ability, from beginner through experienced cooks.The kitchen is warm and inviting, the clarity of light and the well organized space create a place which is a pleasure to work in and an ideal environment to discover the delights of Tuscan Cuisine.
Each course takes a maximum of 12 people allowing for a very “hands-on” approach in a relaxed and informal atmosphere.
Participants enjoy the wonderful hospitality of Relais Il Falconiere in the warm and charming atmosphere of a countryside Relais & Chateaux, where gastronomy is one of the fundamental values of 5Cs.


The Three night cooking program includes:

3 nights staying in Classic Double  room
Welcome Dinner
2 Cooking lessons and lunch or dinner
1 Guided tour
Visit of the Baracchi winery ( property of the hotel) and wine tasting)

 

NOTE:

 The cooking course is available for a minimum of  2 to a maximum of 14 partecipants
