BBQ
Indulge yourself !On request we arrange private BBQs in villas with our chef Asso who personally produces high quality meat , working on animals that grow wild in the forest, feeding on roots and truffles. He will prepare for you such tasty sausages and ribs which will be served with great Chianti and Brunello wines... a lot of fun and satisfaction guaranteed!
COOKING CLASSES
The Italian lifestyle is strongly characterized by an authentic passion for good food. Many old traditional recipes are carefully proposed following the old methods handed down from generations, with fresh ingredients and extra virgin olive oil.
We offer selected programs of cooking classes in Florence, Chianti region and Cortona in collaboration with Michelin rated restaurants .
Courses are held in specifically designed cooking environment and each student has its personal set of cooking equipment and own work space with ingredients and all the utensils necessary to learn the most traditional dishes, from the appetizers to the dessert , covering first all the basic techniques.
At lunch time all the students will enjoy the receipes prepared served with some very nice local wines.
