This elegant three-floored property is located in the heart of the Maremma Coast. A well-groomed
lawn and 19 acres of olive groves and woodlands surround the villa. Located a few miles from
Grosseto, it is the ideal place for enjoying the beautiful unspoiled beaches of the coast and the
fancy harbor of Puntala. The most beautiful art cities of the areas, such as Rome, Florence, Pisa
and Siena are within easy reach.
The Natural Uccellina Park and Marine Argentario Park are only 20 minutes away.

First Floor: 1 queen bedroom with en suite marble bathroom with spa-like shower. 2 twin bedrooms share private bathroom withtub with handheld shower. 1 spacious queen bedroom with beautiful en suite bathroom (double sink and phone) with Jacuzzi tub with handheld shower plus shower. Comfortable living area with fireplace and desk.
Annex (separate entrance): 1 queen/twin with bathroom with marble Jacuzzi tub with handheld shower towel heater). Living area with dining table (seats 4) fully-equipped kitchen and direct access to garden Same standards as main villa.
