Accommodation On the ground floor each room has access to the garden through large, french windows. The main entryway leads to the stairs to the upper floor, and to a back room with laundry facilities, as well as to the first study/living-room, which is adjacent to a bathroom and a closet. The first lounge has a fireplace with a stone chimney, and leads to a pleasant dining-room, which finally leads to the very large kitchen equipped which has another stone fireplace. The kitchen has a dining area with a grand table in Tuscan wood. On the upper floor you will find a small, very bright study lounge, two twin bedrooms, both with closets and bathrooms en suite, one with bath and both with shower, and the bright grand master bedroom with light coming in from three windows, complete with a proper bathroom with bath and shower and a changing room. All of the smaller rooms are bright, with floors in "cotto" style, and the master bedroom is also as luminous, with beautiful wooden floors.
