The Estate expands over approximately 140 hectares of one of the most striking areas in the Tuscan countryside : the Chianti region. A property of the Ferragamo family, the Estate is composed of the main villa and six farmhouses, recently restored with utmost attention to every detail. All of the properties have been furnished with Salvatore Ferragamo fabrics, remaining faithful to the authentic style of Tuscany.

"Mulino" is dating back to the 15th Century, it was completely refurnished at the end of January 2008. The villa is built on 2 levels; on the ground floor is the entrance, the double lounge with beamed roof and fireplaces, the dining room, and the large and practical kitchen. On the first floor an entrance leads to first double bedroom with kitchenette and bathroom en suite with bathtub, following the corridor you will find: the study with a single pull out sofa, the loggia that offers some charming views of the surrounding landscapes, the second double bedroom with bathroom en suite with bathtub, the third bedroom with walk-in-closet and en suite bathroom with bathtub.
