" Cinta Senese" is a tasty production of cured meat made from an ancient race of white and black pigs distinguished by the thick white stripe that looks like a belt ( cinta) . They live wild in the Tuscan forests feeding on acorns, wild tubers, roots and truffles.
"Saffron" is the precious spice used in this area since the Etruscan times, with its warm-red-orange color is exclusively used in dues, medicine and cuisine.
